Lustrum Gala Memories

On May 27th, we had our biggest Kaiser activity of the year. Or
maybe biggest Kaiser activity ever in the history of the association even? From
16.00 in the afternoon, we filled the majestic halls of the Old Observatory with
colourful gala dresses and dapper suits. It sure was an evening to be
remembered – From sipping wine and nice conversations in the garden in the
afternoon sun, over a two-course dinner in the Kaiserzaal, all the way to
waltzing under the stained-glass window in the director’s wing (to the ‘Kaiserwalzer’, among others – important to add!). Rounded off by an after-
borrel at de Keyzer, the afternoon, evening, and night together were a really beautiful time, with many memorable moments and a special atmosphere.
